David Lee Narciso

David Lee Narciso has over 20 years experience in Intellectual Property law, and is registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office as a patent attorney. David has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (2nd major, History) from Brigham Young University, and earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University Law School in 1990. During law school, David worked as an intern for Judge Randall Rader in the U.S. Claims Court and for the Seattle law firm of Seed and Berry. After graduation he joined GE Aviation in Cincinnati, Ohio as a patent attorney. He left GE in April, 2008 to join Alstom Power in Baden, Switzerland as its Chief Patent Counsel. David is a member of the California Bar and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is currently limiting his practice in Ohio to U.S. patent prosecution.
